Hah, why compile it locally? Use reclient

Has anyone successfully compiled Chromium using Bazel RBE/Reclient? I've tried Buildbarn and Buildfarm without luck(does not implement grpc `proxy.Commands` services), NativeLink with a bunch of Nix and other trendy but not user friendly tech stack and also failed😅

Looks like I was wrong, it IS documented how Chromium contributors can request (best-effort) access to Google's reclient Linux build servers: chromium.googlesource.com/ch…. Definitely I'd recommend any contributor take advantage of this.

FWIW Independent chromium committers can still get reclient (formerly goma) access for Linux builds. But it's not widely advertised.
