Interesting case it was ✍️ I have learned something new about this case ✍️ Listen to the symptoms. Recurrent severe periorbital headache, blurred vision, nausea, and vomiting during dialysis are red flags not routine dialysis complaints.

6/ Why? Models give the causal answer. Two RNNs, same task, differing only in recurrent architecture — low-rank recurrent (M1-like) vs symmetric autoassociative (CA3-like) — reproduce the exact flow-through vs approach-and-return divergence.

There's also a deep connection between training speed and language here - because all of the sub-verbal reasoning is non-recurrent, it can be trained in parallel - which is to say, quickly. But reasoning over tokens is recurrent, so training is slower (so it's done last)

Here with this my recurrent take: Soft parenting gained acceptance because parenting requires you lead by example. If you want a child to put the tablet down, you need to put your phones down too. And they can’t put their own phones down.
Honestly, anytime I see a child with a tablet. I get an irrationally angry, but especially if it’s a small baby that is under 3 because why are you ruining their brain? Is it that much of a chore to talk to your own child to play with your own child to engage with your own child?

Paediatrics long case exam: I met a child with recurrent UTI secondary to posterior urethral valve The professor asked me a question and gave him an answer, he looked at me as said " you are a text book doctor, I would have failed you but other examiners here think you deserve to scale through" Advice to medical students; Pls read to pass your exam, study the pattern your examiner wants, that's the most important task you have at hand. When you graduate, you can always study to become a better doctor.
Advice to Medical students; Never read to pass exams, read to become a better doctor.

Recurrent sinonasal carcinoma after definitive chemoradiation is one of the most challenging scenarios in head & neck oncology. This practical infographic outlines a clear, step-by-step clinical approach: ✅ Confirming the exact histology (SNUC, SMARCB1-deficient, NUT carcinoma, SCC & other key entities) ✅ Defining the pattern of recurrence (local / orbital / distant) ✅ Assessing feasibility of salvage surgery ✅ Histology-specific systemic therapy options ✅ Role of re-irradiation & molecular profiling in recurrent disease Key takeaway: Histological re-classification can completely change management. Many “poorly differentiated carcinomas” turn out to be distinct entities requiring different strategies. High-yield resource for medical oncology residents, fellows & practicing head & neck oncologists.
