We haven’t booked our bus tickets yet. I think medyo maaga pa yata because some famous bus lines aren’t available to book yet in December sa easybook, redbus, etc. na apps :)

@redBus_in is a fraud bus services my family plane of trip from lucknow to kathgodam on 10th June I booked bus wallah bus service from redbus .my family bus was 10.30 pm but I didn't get any information about bus no. I got only driver no.when I call him he was not picking my call

Dear @amazonIN and @redBus_in , On 11 May, I booked a bus ticket from Gwalior to Delhi through Amazon. A few hours before departure, I received a call saying my original bus had been cancelled and asking if I wanted to be shifted to another bus. I agreed, and my ticket was transferred. However, at boarding time, the conductor demanded an additional ₹500, claiming the new bus was more expensive. When I refused, I was threatened with being denied boarding. Since it was late at night and I had no alternative, I paid the ₹500. The real issue is not the money. After taking the ₹500, the conductor refused to provide any receipt. That’s why I filed a complaint. My questions are: 1. If the bus operator says no such payment was collected, then where did the ₹500 go? 2. While booking, customers are told that buses have CCTV and live tracking. If CCTV exists, please review the footage and verify whether the conductor collected ₹500 from me. 3. If a passenger, especially a woman, faces misconduct during the journey, how is she supposed to prove it if CCTV footage is not available or cannot be accessed? 4. Where exactly are these CCTV cameras installed in the bus? I complained to Amazon expecting a proper investigation, but I have not received a satisfactory response. This is not about ₹500. It is about accountability, transparency, and the refusal to provide a receipt for money collected from a passenger.
