Heh sounds tedious but good solution.
I have 3 fdm printers and an stl, my favorite being the Qidi Plus 4, just got it. My goal for at least a decade has been being able to make anything in house so I have those starting with the reprap I made 15 years ago. I CAD model, print, then I have a smelter I built so I use the print as a form, cast parts, then can finish them on the mill and/or lathe, just aluminum for now but I finally have all my parts to build the cast iron foundry. When I get time...
A team probably would have deemed this unnecessary.
