The BLM has pushed back a planned helicopter roundup intended to capture and remove all of the wild horses from Salt Wells and a portion of the adjacent Adobe Town Herd Management Area until the case is resolved.

The three-judge panel ruled in favor of Return to Freedom and our co-plaintiffs, as well as for other advocates who sued separately. The case has since been stayed pending the BLM’s revision of its decision.
