@IndusIndBank Receiving 5–6 EMI conversion reminders every day is too much. Repeated promotional messages create a poor customer experience. Kindly stop these frequent EMI offer SMSs or provide an option to opt out. Please look into this issue.

HDFC ERGO has been sending me 35–40 SMSs since morning for health policy renewal, even though I’ve already renewed it! The messages are still coming in nonstop.I think they forgot to switch off their SMS campaign on Sunday! It’s annoying now. @HDFCERGOGIC
