Tracking the listed companies that win contracts from or partner directly with these private platforms is where the immediate stock market opportunities lie. Because unlisted giants like AirTrunk, Lumina CloudInfra, and Horizon Industrial Parks rely heavily on domestic engineering, industrial power, and structural tech, several prominent listed Indian companies work directly with them. The key listed companies that have direct commercial relationships or structural ties with these unlisted players include: 1. Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd (NSE: SCHNEIDER) The Direct Connection: Schneider Electric partnered directly with Blackstone’s private platform, Horizon Industrial Parks, to build a massive, state-of-the-art 500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.  Data Center Relevance: This facility is custom-built to manufacture Battery Management Systems (BMS), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, cooling products, and Power Distribution Units (PDUs). These are the exact high-density electronic and cooling components that AirTrunk will require to prevent its 5 GW AI clusters from overheating and losing power.  2. Larsen & Toubro Ltd (NSE: LT) The Direct Connection: L&T has long-standing institutional ties with CPPIB, which previously bought out a major stake in L&T Infrastructure Development Projects (L&T IDPL). Data Center Relevance: L&T is India's premier EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) giant. Whenever a private player like AirTrunk signs a massive land deal—such as their 3 GW campus outline in Maharashtra—L&T is routinely the primary tier-1 contractor capable of handling the heavy civil engineering, industrial structural shells, and high-voltage substation connections required.  3. Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd (NSE: SWSOLAR) The Direct Connection: SWSOLAR is structurally tied to the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, which is CPPIB’s primary joint venture partner in the private SPREP Venture office-park ecosystem. Data Center Relevance: While SWSOLAR handles the massive solar power plants needed to feed green energy into these networks, its parent group operates one of India's dominant data center turnkey data-build divisions. They are a frequent direct beneficiary when private real estate platforms scale up their digital layouts. 4. Mission-Critical Listed Vendors (The Power & Grid Backbone) When unlisted platforms like Lumina CloudInfra or AirTrunk build out a pipeline, they buy their heavy industrial machinery from a highly consolidated group of listed engineering firms: Cummins India Ltd (NSE: CUMMINSIND): The primary listed provider of massive backup multi-megawatt diesel and gas generator sets. Data centers require 99.999% uptime, making Cummins a primary vendor for private data center developers during grid failures. ABB India Ltd (NSE: ABB) & Siemens Ltd (NSE: SIEMENS): These two listed engineering powerhouses provide the critical high-voltage switchgears, grid automation, and SCADA monitoring systems that allow private data centers to safely absorb gigawatts of power without blowing out local electrical grids.

TALOFA, am a big fan of MAGA...but I'm seeing some decisions directly impacting us that live in the U.S Territories (ex: pulling out of SPREP), esp here in the Pacific. I know it's unintentional, but in efforts to MAGA, our territories are being left behind in our region. Respectfully

#COP31 The COP31 Pacific Senior Taskforce Officials convened on 29 May in a hybrid format to advance regional preparations ahead of the Pacific Climate Ministers Meeting later this year. Senior officials from Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) member countries participated in strategic discussions focused on strengthening Pacific coordination and priorities in the lead-up to COP31. The meeting was co - chaired by the Minister Counsellor for the Solomon Islands High Commission to Fiji, Ms Esther O’Brien and Deputy President of Negotiations and Chief Negotiator for COP31(Australia), Dr Sally Box. Discussions centred on preparations for a series of high-level climate engagements, including the pre-COP31 meetings to be hosted in Fiji and Tuvalu from 5–8 October 2026, ahead of COP31 in Antalya, Türkiye. COP31 represents a landmark arrangement under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change process, bringing together a unique Türkiye–Australia partnership that also places the Pacific at the centre of global climate engagement. Under this arrangement, Türkiye will hold the COP31 Presidency, Australia will serve as President of Negotiations, and the Pacific will host the pre-COP31 convenings. This unprecedented partnership demonstrates the shared challenges and responsibilities in shaping the global climate agenda, and the increased recognition of the Pacific leadership and voices particularly on issues of climate resilience, adaptation, and climate finance. The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS), together with the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) and the Government of Australia, comprise the Secretariat for the COP31 Task Force, supporting Pacific Island countries as regional preparations intensify towards COP31. #OneBluePacific #Regionalism

The Pacific Climate Justice and Sea Level Rise Week is now underway at the Forum Secretariat in Suva, Fiji, following the official opening this morning. Pacific Islands Forum Secretary General, Baron Divavesi Waqa, gave welcoming remarks to the delegates, followed by Fiji’s Minister for Information, Environment, and Climate Change, Honourable Lynda Tabuya. The keynote address was delivered virtually from Port Vila by Vanuatu’s Minister for Climate Change Adaptation, Energy, Environment, Meteorology, Geo-Hazards, and Disaster Management, Honourable Ralph Regenvanu. In their framing remarks, speakers highlighted the historic adoption of the UN General Assembly Resolution welcoming the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice on the obligations of states in respect of climate change. Speakers commended the Government of Vanuatu's leadership on this issue and spoke of the need to work collectively to develop concrete actions at the national, regional and international level to maintain momentum. Pacific Climate Justice & Sea Level Rise Week is co-organised by SPC, UNESCAP, PIFS, SPREP, UN partners and the Government of Vanuatu, with support from Sida, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. #OneBluePacific #Regionalism
