"An investment fund for start-ups and SMEs in dual-use technology is being established. This SecFund will start on April 2 with a capital of € 25 million and will grow to € 100 million" Netherlands will invest into dual use technology startups, this has been one of the key points behind NXT as an engine for growth. Great plan!
