Not really. For example, kernel safety is a lot more flaky than it is on Windows (core isolation, memory integrity etc.). Only Fedora and OpenSUSE ship with SELinux and AppArmor is kind of flawed. Same goes for SecureBoot and other things like hardware based PassKey support.

I turned to RPM mainly for practical reasons; I searched a distro which: - was easily secureboot compatible (dualboot for GTA Online, FC24, COD BO6...) - so no arch e.g. cachyos - provides mesa driver and other gaming hardware updates quickly - so no debian / ubunto flavours
