I think it's ai just look at it closer and you will see the whole things is inconsistent and not simetrical. I'm not an expert but i was able to point out some things that just make don't make sense, like what the hell is wrong with the thing on his chest it's just so random

Hmm tbh you don't feel much anymore when they are healed :)) but cutting over them again is multiswpinig and can make you reach beans or deeper I do like a chess board cause I need everything simetrical and cut over them in a square pattern and they heal a bit worse but it's fine

I didn't wanna make the eyes from scratch so keep the og's and just modified one to make them as simetrical as posible and tbh the new eyebrows really help tho give the efect
