5) DON'T use cable locks alone. Yes Halfords sell them. No you shouldn't buy them.
@metpoliceuk recommend spending 10-20% of the value of your bike on locks. Your main lock should be *at minimum* @SoldSecure Silver rated ๐ฅ [6/10]

Most promising solution I've seen so far is the @mykeyshield which stops keys sending out a signal when stationary for a short while.
Hopefully it's as good as it looks...
