That is why I am having doubts about the people and the studio. Something is off if that takes so long and they have so many people. DE has almost half - 550 - and are running Warframe and Soulframe.
🤷♂️ No Destiny 3, no other projects. At its height, they had 1400 employees, and only 300 of those were on marathon. Digital Extremes is fully supporting Warframe and has Soulframe in full production; they have 400-450. Bungie is going to have to do more with less.
We are live: 'Warframe but it's Elden Ring? Testing out Soulframe!'
... and we're playing Soulframe today! Hope to see you in chat <3

I look at this as chemotherapy for Bungie. Digital Extreme's studio size is roughly 450 and they are able to juggle Warframe and Soulframe. Maybe this is just the first part of a long journey of "becoming healthy".
Phantom Blade Zero director Soulframe says they are not concerned about launching near Grand Theft Auto VI!
"We don't think about what's happening there. We don't even think of the competition, what's launching ahead or after.
What matters is how polished the game is, and if we have one or two extra months, we can fix more bugs, do more optimizations, so that we don't need a huge day one patch."
