世界中に原油がない。
世界的に困っている状態なのに
日本に通常通り原油が入ってくるわけがないんだよ。
今回も調べてみた
やはりアメリカも備蓄の原油
戦略石油備蓄（SPR）をガンガン使っている。
産油国のアメリカの備蓄が減っている、産油国なのに減っているんだ。
一週間で約790万バレル、前年比では5000万バレル以上も備蓄タンクから原油が減少している事が解る。
これほど急激なペースでのSPRの取り崩しは、非常に危機的状況で異例だ、政府が異例の規模で備蓄を放出しているという事。
全体の在庫は前週比で -13.5百万バレル、前年同期比にいたっては -83.6百万バレル と大幅に沈んでいる。

SPRだけでなく、民間ベースの商業在庫も減少している事が解る。
通常は、SPRを放出すれば民間在庫にスライドして商業在庫が増えるのが普通なのだが、今回はSPRも民間在庫も同時に数百万バレル規模で激減しています。
これは、全米の石油需要に対して供給が全く追いついておらず、在庫を全方位から削り取って食いつぶしている状態と言えます。
かなり、おかしい事になっている。
そんな米国から7月に使う代替調達100%の原油なんて入って来ない。
