Extremely disappointing behaviour by the @springwel customer support team. We bought a couple of their new Biosleep mattresses a couple of weeks ago with a promise from their sales team at the Lajpat Nagar store that these could be returned within 150 days in case of any problem. After using them for the first few days we noticed the mattress was giving us back pain & disturbing our sleep, went to the store spoke to the manager who suggested we write to the CRM & get them exchanged for the Orthosleep mattress which we felt would better suit us. Duly wrote to them with the entire data & feedback only to be rejected a replacement as both our mattresses were modified to 36"x72" instead of the standard 35"x72" . How does one run a 150 day trial without a mattress that fits their bed? Sheer crooked behaviour by the Springwel management.Debating whether to take it up with a @jagograhakjago body soon . Let's see how this turns out .
