I made $433 with StackStats so far and paid $65 to Gumroad as fees.
It was easy to set up, but the fees are a bit crazy!
What alternatives would you recommend?
@creem_io ?
@PaddleHQ ?
Day 34 of #BuildInPublic until I hit $2k MRR
What a day! 2 StackStats licenses sold for $78
StackStats - $315
- 28 visitors, 37 visits, 150 views
- Bounce rate 70%, avg session 2m 1s
- 8 download clicks
- 4 nav clicks
- 2 went to payment page, 2 bought
There has been a random traffic bump today (views up 1053%) and I genuinely have no idea why. Not complaining though.
> Shipped 1.6.2 with a bug fix based on reader feedback
> Started drafting some blog posts
> Reached out to a potential partner for feedback
FormBeep - $4.99 MRR
- 19 visitors
- 2 signup clicks, 1 free user signed up
> GSC impressions up (2,665 in last 7 days) but clicks still not following.
Traffic is still the main problem for both. But StackStats conversions when people land are genuinely great.
Day 35 tomorrow.
Day 33 of #BuildInPublic until I hit $2k MRR
Today was a wonderful day with 2 sales($78) of StackStats.
Todays primary focus was StackStats.
StackStats at $315 total revenue
> 8 Visitors
> 2 Clicks
> 2 Conversions (crazy)
- Fixed one bug in prod
- Posted on r/Substack and r/newsletters
- Built and tested a new section for StackStats
FormBeep at $4.99 MRR
> 10 visitors today
> 0 Signup Clicks
Google search impressions are improving but clearly for both products traffic is the issue. At least for StackStats the conversion has been crazy good.

Day 32 of #BuildInPublic until I hit $2k MRR
FormBeep at $4.99 MRR
> 10 visitors today, 0 Signup Clicks
> Google search impressions are improving
> Posted on r/buildinpublic and r/sideproject - didn't get any traction :/
StackStats at $237 total
> 7 Visitors, 0 Signup clicks
> Submitted to 2 directories for DR
> Spoke to a potential advertiser, but prices are around $500 a month :O
Both products solve a real problem .
I just can't figure out the traffic yet.
Any ideas?
I'm lost.
Day 27 of #BuildInPublic

OnRampDLT development update โ April 2026:
March brought dev challenges I didnโt anticipate. It also brought breakthroughs I didn't plan for.
StackStats Apps is heading into launch with a stronger platform than originally scoped โ XRPL tokenization, bond issuance, Reg D compliance built in from day one.
End of April launch. Stay tuned.

Day 26 of #BuildInPublic
Today woke up to a surprise, FormBeep the project I abandoned already had a paid user.
FormBeep is now at $4.99 MRR
wtf, my stripe email notifications were disabled and I never noticed.
This motivated me a bit and I fixed some bugs that were causing some email issues when people upgraded.
Looks like I shouldn't give up on FormBeep.
StackStats had a rather quiet day, no sales despite getting 40 unique visitors.
Thinking of starting an affiliate program or partner with some SubStack writers.
Also thinking of migrating from gumroad to @creem_io
I did these today:
> Fixed an email template bug on FormBeep
> Pushed a new update to StackStats - its now at 1.5.2
> Optimized for GEO on StackStats landing
> Posted on 3 subreddits
> 5 cold DMs on X
> 5 cold DMs on Substack Notes
Already thinking of my next idea while this grows.
Tomorrow is a big day with some freelance work in pipeline, but will squeeze in some marketing as well.

Day 24 of #BuildinPublic
Intentionally took 2 days off since I was really burnt out!
Big day tomorrow with the Product Hunt launch for StackStats!
Did these today:
> Tweaked the hero for the launch
> Drafted and scheduled the Product Hunt materials.
EXCITED.
Most crypto investors track their portfolio emotionally โ not mathematically.
StackStats shows your true DCA average, total invested, and real return on every asset. No wallet connection. No seed phrase. Just the numbers.

First of all, StackStats is officially launched!
> Completed the documentation
> Shared on my newsletter
> Posted on HN( failure :/)
> Posted on r/substack
> Pushed 2 new features and bumped the version
Will start outbound marketing from tomorrow!
Formbeep is almost dead, but trying a last attempt with some cold emailing with the help of openclaw! Will post updates soon!
Next work to be done is on TrackMonk's landing page. I'm also bit worried about the performance.
Exhausted, demotivated, but will rise again!
