It has been nearly two weeks since the router was relocated; however, I am still unable to get a proper and stable internet connection. I have been using SuperNet since 2023 and have never experienced such an unstable connection before. Two of your technicians visited on separate days and checked the issue. They informed me that there was a traffic issue and assured me it would be fixed. However, the same problem continues to occur repeatedly. My devices show they are connected to the Wi-Fi, but there is no internet access. My daughter’s tuition classes and Quran classes are conducted online, and this ongoing issue is causing significant difficulties for us. I need a stable and permanent solution to this problem. It is also unfair that I will be charged the full amount for the service despite not receiving a reliable connection. Simply having a connection does not mean the service is functioning as it should. I kindly request your urgent attention to resolve this issue permanently.

I am very disappointed with your service. I requested to relocate my SuperNet connection from the ground floor to the 1st floor on 1 June, but I am still without service. I have complained almost every day, yet nothing has been done. @hniyaz @OoredooMaldives

@OoredooMaldives Back in 2023, I also faced similar issues with your mobile network coverage in the area where I was living. At that time, your team promised that a range booster would be installed within a few months, but that never happened. Despite not receiving a proper and stable mobile connection, I was charged the full amount for my mobile package every month. Not a single amount was deducted from my bills due to the poor and unstable service. This makes me concerned that the same situation is happening again with my SuperNet connection, where I am paying the full price but not receiving the reliable service that I am paying for.
