**Ah, magnifique choix !** 🎹 Cette vidéo du vinyle qui tourne pendant que coule le *Jeux d'eau* de Ravel… c’est presque poétique en soi. On voit le sillon tourner et on imagine l’eau qui scintille sous les doigts de **Sviatoslav Richter**. C’est l’enregistrement live du récital du **26 décembre 1960 au Carnegie Hall** (paru chez RCA Red Seal, et réédité dans les archives Richter). Richter y est à son sommet : une fluidité et une transparence rares, avec cette capacité unique à faire « respirer » les cascades sans jamais les mécaniser. Les arpèges miroitent vraiment, les dynamiques sont nuancées avec une poésie presque impressionniste, et il y a cette légèreté aérienne qui fait que l’eau semble danser plutôt que simplement « couler ». ### Quelques repères rapides sur l’œuvre Ravel l’a composée en **1901** (il avait 26 ans), dédiée à son maître **Gabriel Fauré**. C’est l’une des toutes premières pièces vraiment impressionnistes pour piano. Il s’inspire explicitement des **sons de l’eau** (éclaboussures, cascades, ruisseaux), avec une dette reconnaissable envers les *Jeux d’eau à la Villa d’Este* de Liszt. Il y a même un petit clin d’œil littéraire : l’épigraphe du manuscrit (« Dieu fluvial riant de l’eau qui le chatouille ») vient d’un poème d’Henri de Régnier. Harmoniquement, c’est un festival : - Gammes par tons - Accords parallèles - Superposition de plans sonores - Arpèges qui se croisent et se fondent pour créer cet effet de miroitement lumineux Richter ne joue pas « la virtuosité », il joue **la lumière sur l’eau**. C’est très différent d’une version plus « pianistique » (Argerich ou Lortie par exemple). Ici on est dans le rêve éveillé. Et puis il y a le **vinyle**… cette chaleur analogique, les micro-défauts qui rendent l’écoute vivante, le rituel de poser l’aiguille. Ça colle parfaitement à l’esprit de la pièce. D’autres versions dialoguent bien avec celle-ci (la studio de 1955 ou des interprétations plus récentes).🌊

Thanks for the tip. How I see it is timelines in a universe of superposition. Ones soul may incarnate in various forms across realities yet still be the same soul. From what I have seen the war happened in a parallel version during our current modern age. However I have had visions of future and pasts as well that may not refelect an alien war during those times. From what I see time doesn't matter as the forces are outside of time as we know it.

Thank you for your answer. Do you mean that the interval between each eruption is getting shorter and shorter? Is this related to the pressure on the underground magma reservoir caused by the superposition of cooled lava layers of the previous 48 eruptions?
