Do they have to be already converted? I assumed that most nazis/wn/extremists had vulnerabilities like being abused/neglrcted/unstable MH and that extremists orgs found/target3d them bc they are more likely to drink the Kool aid.

3) Use Radio Sky Wave (Shortwave HF) Propagat1on T0wers to weaken the Jet Stream so that a portion of Arctic Air from the Polar V0rtex dips down to the Target3d, SevereWX location. Once weakened, the Jet Stream can be DRIVEN down, as far South as Mexico.
