yes. you can see players teabagging and shooting bodies in americas, emea, and other times, pacific. contrary to popular belief at the moment, teams like FUT do these actions to everyone and not just EDG. it’s not personal, just competitive.

This is a perfect example of conflict caused by cultural differences. In the Turkish or EMEA region, "teabagging" or taunting an opponent may just be a normal form of in-game interaction. However, in the CN or East Asia region, such behavior is seen as unacceptable—it is equated with disrespect toward players, even an attack —and is considered part of "toxic" behavior. From the perspective of CN viewers, the backlash that s0pp received was simply "reciprocal retaliation": "If you disrespect players of my region in the match, why should I respect you?" And when carrying out this retaliation, attacking the player and their family members, or even issuing suspected "death threats," is considered commonplace by CN viewers, and is seen as no more severe than the original "teabagging" behavior. Therefore, I hope that when teams or players from different cultural backgrounds compete internationally, they take the time to understand the local culture beforehand to avoid similar conflicts.

Very pathetic cope about “friends” “jokingly” teabagging you in CvS2. You don’t have friends other than dents bc you’re a fcking lame POS. You punch above your weight class and exploit others bc you’re worthless and talentless. Still the loser you started as 18 years ago.

are getting death threats and racist comments. I think teabagging, body shooting, and trash talk are just part of competition, not personal attacks. It’s okay to dislike them, but racism and death threats go far beyond trash talk. That’s the real issue.

Everything started because of a misunderstanding. Sopp’s “Kangkang, you can’t hold shit” was taken as a personal insult, and FUT’s teabagging/body shooting made many Chinese fans even angrier since they see it as disrespectful. Now Sopp, the whole FUT team, and even their fans

Death threats are not tolerable and will never be. People in favor of that just because a kid was teabagging in a videogame are just not using their brain for what it was developed for.
