8 immigration judges fired this year have sued over terminations they call discriminatory and unexplained. When removal-case judges can be fired at will, the court's independence is in doubt. See the data here: austinkocher.substack.com/p/…

OB/GYN Dr. Lori Buzzett describes how she went from pro-abortion to pro-life: Hi, I’m Dr. Lori Buzzett. And I’m an obstetrician gynecologist. I believed that the government shouldn’t have a say in what a woman did with her pregnancy. I felt that abortion shouldn’t be used as a form of contraception, but there were certain circumstances where I felt that it was acceptable for a woman to undergo an elective termination. I began my training at a university based OBGYN residency program. In our training, we were actually required to go through the procedure and how to learn to do an elective termination. My mentor showed me how to do the first abortion and then he had me take his seat and he walked me through the steps of the termination. And at the end, I just remember feeling very nauseated. As I left, I ran into one of the staff and he told me how proud he was that I had participated in that activity. And I don’t remember what I said to him, but I just remember thinking that is nothing to be proud of. I knew that I would never do an elective termination, but I still held my pro-choice views at that time. After I completed my residency, I entered into private practice and soon after that, my husband and I were expecting our first child. We were very excited. And because I had an opportunity as an OB to have an ultrasound early on, we were able to see our baby’s heartbeat. I found myself lying on the ultrasound table, looking at a screen where our baby’s heart lay motionless. I left myself a little bit of time to cry, but then quickly collected myself and decided upon learning of our baby’s demise that I would spontaneously miscarry. I felt very responsible that I had lost the baby. I shoved those feelings down, eventually miscarried, and soon buried myself back into my busy schedule of call and deliveries and surgeries. Because after all, once a woman experienced an early pregnancy loss, everything went back to normal, right? The next six months [it] became more and more difficult for me to go to work. I finally confided my feelings with a close friend of mine, and she told me that I was grieving the loss of our child. I hadn’t let myself recognize my grief because of the following thought: if life didn’t begin until a baby could sustain itself outside of the womb, why was I in so much pain? So, my pro-choice stance started to crack. As I continued on in my practice, I was given a new set of eyes with these revelations, and I began seeing the brokenness that these terminations were causing, and it has just made me realize that as obstetricians, we need to stop being complacent and allowing these babies to be disregarded. When we completed our medical training, we took an oath to do no harm. And in what I’ve seen, there are two of our patients that are suffering when we allow elective terminations. It’s time for us to really take a hard look at what our profession is doing. And advocate for our patients’ health and well-being. I would invite you to join me as we hold out our hands to help the most vulnerable in our society, our unborn children.

It's not hard to tell when your team is dissatisfied, and since most workplaces these days are total disasters that don't care about their staff at all, it's "easier" to just hire new people to get ahead of staffing issues due to terminations/quitting.

Is this the ā€œtrusted mediaā€ and not a mention of statements from other TDs around the country who don’t agree with the removal of the three day waiting period for terminations. We are to assume by the article that everybody is in agreement to remove the protection.

Hello @TeamYouTube I understand the concern regarding spam/deceptive practices, but I truly believe my channels were mistakenly categorized due to automation tools and repetitive engagement methods that I did not fully understand at the time. I’m a real creator focused mainly on travel, reactions, lifestyle, and motivational content — not scams, fake engagement, or malicious spam. I sincerely ask for one final manual human review of my channels and overall account history. If any posting methods or CTA patterns violated policy, they were unintentional, and I would fully comply with all YouTube policies moving forward. I’ve invested years into building my channels and community, and I respectfully ask for one more opportunity for a human reconsideration. I am respectfully begging for one more human review of my terminated channels. After spending a lot of time researching YouTube’s spam and deceptive practices policies, I truly believe I finally understand what may have unintentionally triggered the enforcement on my accounts. I connected my channels to a GoHighLevel automation system that scheduled Shorts automatically throughout the night and early morning hours. Some of the videos also used repetitive call-to-action phrases asking viewers to comment certain words so I could send additional information or resources. At the time, I honestly believed this was acceptable marketing and community engagement behavior. I did not understand that the automated posting frequency, repetitive formatting, or comment-trigger call-to-actions could be interpreted by YouTube’s systems as spam or deceptive behavior. I want to sincerely explain that: I never intended to scam, deceive, manipulate, or harm anyone. I never bought fake engagement, fake subscribers, or artificial views. I have NEVER received prior warnings, Community Guidelines strikes, or policy violations before these sudden terminations. My channels mainly consisted of original travel videos, lifestyle content, real-life vlogs, reaction-style commentary, and educational/business discussions. Much of my content was based on my real life and my own original commentary. I now completely understand how the automation behavior may have appeared to YouTube’s systems, and after carefully reading through the policies and guidelines, I fully understand the concerns now. I am begging for another chance. I will NEVER use this type of automation posting behavior again. Ever. I will NEVER use repetitive comment-trigger systems again. Ever. I will NEVER mass-schedule overnight posting again. Ever. If I had received any warning beforehand, I would have immediately corrected everything. I genuinely did not understand that this setup could violate YouTube’s spam and deceptive practices policies. Please understand there was no malicious intent behind my actions. I truly care about creating content and being part of the YouTube platform. I respectfully ask for one final manual review and another opportunity to continue creating content while fully following YouTube’s policies going forward. Please give me another chance and please restore my channels. Thank you sincerely for your time and consideration. 🚨 OFFICIAL: Lazio have announced that they will not be able to operate freely on the market this summer, as they must maintain a net-zero balance... Last summer, the Biancocelesti were slapped with a transfer ban, preventing them from making any new signings. Claudio Lotito and Co. were able to lift the ban ahead of the January transfer window, and the club took the opportunity to register capital gains by selling Taty Castellanos and Matteo Guendouzi. However, newly adopted Serie A rules have lowered the cost-to-revenue ratio from 80% to 70%, making it even more challenging for the club to meet the required standards... Unlike last summer, Lazio will at least be able to buy new players. However, they can only spend through funds freshly generated from player sales, contract terminations, and wage reductions during the same transfer session... #Lazio | #SerieA
