Also saying its a waste of time is ridiculous, You clearly have no understanding of how cool this is. You can have texturepacks, native ultra wide screen, 160 fps, Full keyboard and mouse support and any other mod you can think of for any xbox360 game. You cant do that with xenia

How do you explain texturepacks with that logic.
Stop spreading misinformation, Rexglue is opening the flood gates when it comes to modding old xbox360 games, just because it shares some code with xenia does not make it xenia.

Unleashed released when it was complete, All of these recomps are just getting started with something playable, Give it enough time and they will get to that point. Heres an example of my rexglue recomp of viva pinata supporting texturepacks

Exactly, It gets a bad rep but its actually way better then xenia due to modding support, you can check out my own profile to see what I've been able to do with viva pinata but incase you don't feel like it heres an example of texturepacks which you cant do in xenia

But the vibes!! They are all kind of wrong! The fog is different, the light is different, the textures are different, and not all the factors can just be tweaked with texturepacks and mods
And new versions don't bring people together as much due to how huge the community is now.

MEYN bro sucht euch doch wen aus der mehr verursacht aber doch nicht Meyn und vorallem nicht für so einen Quatsch was jedem hätte passieren können wtf?
Also rr Texturepacks automatisiert runterladen haben nahezu alle Modernen Server wie Hypixel etc.
Gleichzeitig aber auch krank wie krass diese Szene geworden ist. Legit das solche Files überhaupt installierbar sein können via MC ist so ein krasser Sicherheitsbreach ihr checkt nicht.
Ich bin fasziniert wie lächerlich das alles ist.

Yo casi siempre suelo usar Texturepacks, pero vaya, desde hace un tiempo el contenido que he visto en redes casi siempre ha sido sin texturas externas, por lo menos hasta la llegada de Action And Stuff (y aun asi muchos lo juegan con las texturas vanilla-)

Generally i think having the artistic goal of being "more modern" "higher fidelity" is often creatively poisonous, i think its why these texturepacks so often fall flat, but trying to elevate whats already there remaking new assets in a similar style is much more achievable
