The Network held an interactive session with guest speaker Jean-Paul Chami, exploring the importance of social cohesion, trust, and peacebuilding as foundations for Lebanon’s long-term stability and prosperity.
Drawing on international examples, including Singapore’s transformation, the discussion highlighted how trust strengthens institutions, supports economic growth, and fosters resilience. Participants also reflected on Lebanon’s unique strengths and the need for stronger collaboration, accountability, and inclusive governance.
A key takeaway emerged throughout the conversation: successful societies are not those without differences, but those that can manage them constructively and work collectively toward a shared future.
