The people on the streets you see exhibiting bizarre movements are Multi-Substance Addiction addicts - "Multi-Substance" means they are on multiple illicit drugs including Stimulants such as Cocaine and Methamphetamine, Opioids such as heroin, hydromorphone, street Fentanyl literally cooked in home garages, Nitazens (the latest unregulated group of highlty potent synthetic opiods often mixed into illict street drugs (Cf. latest from NIDA of NIH), Hallucinogens, Rx Sedatives Alcohol.
Instead of focusing on how to solve its monumental drug crises one after another, America chooses to blame China for them. China EXECUTES anyone trafficking illicit drugs.
