Benjamin's Exotics is breeding eastern gray treefrogs if you are interested in tadpoles. He's in the continental US & if you buy from his website instead of morph market the shipping is way less expensive instagram.com/p/DZc77LcEQFY/…

Used to work nights at a truck gate and sometimes after the rain or on really humid nights, treefrogs would cover the windows and just chill and eat the bugs drawn to the lights. Was happy to see them

American moved to Louisiana and now he can’t sleep at night For those that are considering moving, Louisiana has vast wetlands and swamps which leads to a massive frog population It’s insane how loud this is During certain parts of the year, the frogs can be so loud it’s completely shocking for someone who didn’t know about this happening They’re loudest in spring through fall Male frogs call loudly at night to attract females and defend territory. The noise can sound like a deafening chorus, screams, grunts, or trills. - Green Treefrogs are loud “quank” or barking calls - Gulf Coast Toads are high-pitched trills - Pig Frogs are deep grunting “ronk” sounds - Bird-voiced Treefrogs, Cajun Chorus Frogs, Southern Leopard Frogs, and others Still better than Mexican music blasting everywhere in California

May 21, 2026 Nighttime Sounds After the Rains The tree frogs singing their happy tune always reminds me of my childhood days at Smith Lake. After a day of swimming, we'd sit on the porch, look up at the 🌟 & listen to the treefrogs. Best sleeping music ever.

I can hear the treefrogs in my neighborhood, but they're so HIGH UP in the trees & I tried climbing my neighbor's mulberry tree to catch one but I got chewed up by mosquitoes & gave up. I've lost this battle, I will not be seeing a treefrog tonight.

First round of stickers have arrived. They're the 2 inch stickers, and I'd like to go bigger when I get the chance. They look great though. #stickers #animalart #treefrogs #ballpython #tarantula
