We always advise them to not focus on the WHY THEY ARE LEAVING, but instead on the WHY THEY WANT THE NEW ROLE and focus on the move forward.

A4: Remember they want to learn about you so be proud of achievements. Have examples of your ability learn to help address any gaps. Don't forget, in the end, you're human beings getting to know each other

- I loved the structure of the team and the TEAM @ImperialPFDC ππ - I'm still here look!
- I really loved that I could leave work where it was. I still worried/worry about things but there is a real separation now.

- I felt a bit alone as we used to go all to lunch together during my PhD and Postdoc
- I felt a bit out of depth, and I became (an even bigger) overachiever as I felt I needed to prove my worth!!!
