Começaram com a implantar as UPJs na Grande São Paulo. Como sempre, haviam varas rápidas e outras super lentas. Já sabíamos que dependendo de onde o processo cairia, teríamos uma velocidade boa ou ruim. Agora, onde implantaram, TUDO passa a andar devagar. Dá um ódio.

That's a possibility. Not all UPJs are good for FANS and maybe alfa block and pre-stenting will be more frequent and DISS could avoid that. In the other hand, for good sucction in small scopes you must have fine dust. Not all lasers and types of stones are prone to that. FANS and DISS are great and I don't think they fight each other. We should learn both and choose the best for each case. Future data will tell if I'm right.
