I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Superhealth.
I purchased the VIP Pass based on the promise of priority access and a zero wait-time experience. For more than 24 hours, I have been continuously checking for a cardiology appointment for my father, who has a heart stent and requires ongoing cardiac care, but no appointment slots have been available.
To make matters worse, I was informed that my VIP Pass was blocked, without any clear explanation. I travelled all the way from Whitefield to Koramangala expecting support and assistance, but received neither.
Calls are not being answered, WhatsApp messages go unanswered, and there is no clear customer support channel to resolve urgent issues.
When patients pay for a VIP membership, especially when it is marketed as providing seamless access to healthcare, they deserve transparency, responsive support, and appointment availability.
I would appreciate an explanation and a resolution.
