MAN im a dummy so i basically consumed 120 kcals for day 2 cuz of pocari, but still under 200 so im still on track. will strictly waterfast day 3 and 4
He should try a 72 hour dryfast. Way more beneficial. Easily doable (except in hot weather with lot of sweating). 72 waterfast has probably just placebo-effects.

i do a quarterly 7-8 day waterfast going 10yrs now
there were a few yrs early on i was doing that 1-2 days/wk
can confidently say i look in my early 20s at 35
fasting is the closest thing to medical magic we have & can do
People dont understand the power of doing things like this
You go fully ego dead thats the best feeling in the world
Try a 3 day waterfast u realise ur not only feeding your body but also your trauma/depression etc
same concept and a lot of us feed our eyes with bullshit
