We believe great design is invisible. It just works, without you having to think about it. That's the standard we hold for our #WorkplaceTech. Do you agree?
AI is easier to understand when you can actually see it in action. 🤖
That’s the idea behind the AI Playground at HR Tech 2026 — a hands-on space where attendees can explore how AI is showing up across HR, ask better questions and get closer to what’s useful, what’s real and what’s next.
Because the conversation around AI doesn’t need more noise. It needs clarity.
Swipe through for a look at the kind of energy coming to the show floor this October, then make plans to experience it for yourself.

Microsoft is moving ahead with a controversial location tracking feature in Teams that could enable employee monitoring. 📍
The feature, called workplace check-in, uses Wi-Fi to track when employees are in the office and updates their status in Teams accordingly.
While Microsoft says users can manually override their location, concerns remain about privacy and potential employer enforcement.

Logitech 's first foldable mouse collapses to nearly half its size and reduces muscle strain by 22 percent compared to a laptop trackpad.
Joseph Mingori, VP and General Manager at Logitech, sums up the goal. "We have engineered a frictionless transition between the dedicated desk and working on the move. We ensure a professional setup is a constant, not a compromise."

Amazon introduced targets requiring more than 80% of developers to use AI tools weekly, and began tracking AI token consumption on internal leaderboards. The result: some employees are using the company's internal MeshClaw agent tool to automate unnecessary tasks purely to inflate their token usage numbers — a behavior now being called "tokenmaxxing," a term that has emerged more broadly across Silicon Valley alongside similar trends like "task-masking." Amazon says token statistics won't be used in performance evaluations, but multiple employees told the Financial Times they believe managers are monitoring the data anyway. "Managers are looking at it," said one employee. "When they track usage it creates perverse incentives," said another. The same dynamic has emerged at Meta in a particularly striking way: a Meta employee built an unofficial internal leaderboard called "Claudeonomics" that tracked token consumption across more than 85,000 employees, handing out titles like "Token Legend" and "Cache Wizard." It was taken down two days after the story broke. In its 30-day run, the leaderboard recorded 60 trillion tokens consumed — yet neither Mark Zuckerberg nor CTO Andrew Bosworth made the top 250.
