I did some brief digging, and there are multiple Sambol Acguy garage kits. The one I referenced, was sold at C3market 2020 (the last one day licensing event to feature gundam licenses). It was sculpted by Masakazu Ohwa, a veteran sculptor known for his Votoms works.
