BeMINT is tackling Nigeria's costly talent gap with a three-month internship model, covering all foundational training and intern stipends at zero cost to partner employers. Before placement, participants undergo intensive practical training in digital literacy, communication, and technical problem-solving to ensure they can contribute from day one. The initiative has partnered with 45 organizations, training over 222 youths with a 96% completion rate while successfully maintaining near gender parity across cohorts.
