So, fun fact. I worked with the teams on both Project Lunar for the Genesis/Mega Drive Mini, and the homie @pathartl didn't call me a ding dong when we came up with the name Bleemsync (Now, Project Eris) when it first came out.
That was a fun time.
So what did i decide to tinker with today? Remodding my #Playstation Classic from the old BleemSync mod to #ProjectEris. Hopefully it goes well so i can tinker with some old PS One classics without hooking up my PS3. Has anyone done this before. If so i got a question.
I used AutoBleem RetroBoot, although I also unnecessarily installed Bleemsync firmware to get OTG support. But as @Games_Student said, that's completely unnecessary if you don't care about multiplayer and have a low-power flash drive for port 2.
I don't blame you. He threatened me with a lawsuit when I named BleemSync because he had bought the trademark rights for "bleem!" in the famous yellow, red, and blue logo.
Can stick retroarch on the classic mine, I have it running separate to bleemsync, prefer the og xbox version of final burn though as shows the arcade cabinates with previews of game running on each one
Les jeux de la PS Classic, ça va une soirée. Mais installe Bleemsync et retroarch dessus, et je te garantis que tu vas y jouer souvent. Rien que pour les jeux d'arcade superbement émulés, Windjammer notamment.
I didn't realize they were behind TrueBlue. That was straight up piracy being sold through Amazon. I think they even used some early BleemSync code to get their mounting working properly.
I'm happy with bleemsync on my ps1 mate all runs fine for me 👍
Cheers for the heads up on the forwarder il give that CIA a miss then 😬 wonder if there is a compatibility list for 3DS PS1 games 🤔 most should work just case of tweeking settings
When I started BleemSync for the PSC probably half the requests that came in were to integrate RetroArch. Seriously? Just get a Pi if you want other systems. We don't need more clutter.
Apparently it’s great to mod if you want to treat it like a Retropie. But as a Playstation stock it’s terrible. Even through bleemsync there are better performing emulators to play Playstation games than this
