The #ChromeOS documentation specifically about #Bluetooth is abysmal. Even manufacturers can't get wording right. AI will tell you -based on ASUS online docs- that "Smartphones cannot be paired over Bluetooth, this connection is meant exclusively for accesories like mice, keyboards and headphones/speakers".
That is an outright LIE.
What they actually meant to say is "the pairing dialog in Chrome OS choose -in its infinite wisdom- not show Smartphones, but they can be connected over Bluetooth for browser sync and tethering, in another part of the system".

店頭で買うPCは既にOS入ってますしね。
