この前のCloudbuildでCursorCLIを動かすやつ あまり詳しくなく設定しちゃうと無限Cloudbuild編に突入するので Cloud Runに寄せる形で動かせるか試してみようかな（後、IAMがどのサービスアカウントになるのか気になる）

なんかCloudBuildが401エラー多発するんやが、、 しかもローカルでdocker buildしても同じ401エラー出るんやが、、 Dockerバグった？
