Top courts judge appointments is filled with nepotism and is not transparent and they circumvented constitution.
NJAC and creation of more courts and having more judges can clear the backlog

Makes sense. Similar to build a bot and then figure out what each part does. Tradional approach is teaching one piece at a time(name,function) and then expect students to now use this knowledge to put it together
