With the pressure becoming too much for Denise - Yolande is forced to step in as she covers for Denise - implying Denise was comforting her after she got sentimental over Patrick. Denise feeling torn at this point as she contemplates telling her family about her diagnosis whilst she continues to stand by Cheslea and be there for her in her hour of need. Denise can't keep her family in the dark forever. She'll need to tell her family at some point and when she does it'll be heartbreaking 💔😢

#EastEnders Francesca Henry has been fantastic in this storyline so far for Gina and tonight was no exception. When Gina is given content like this - she shines brightly and you can see how Eddie's actions of discrimination & Racism have shaped Gina's life growing up in the worst possible way - making her a hollow shell of herself as Eddie attempts to break her down mentally and physically with his toxic worlds. Gina has been through so much growing up - not just Eddie's actions but remember her boyfriend who she loved died from an overdose and that effected her in more ways then one - it led towards Gina going down her own dark and deadly path of addiction and this was something she found so difficult to come back from. What I love about Gina's character is despite eveything she's been through she always comes back from these situations so much stronger - she's never defined by the trauma and hatred that comfronts her and she'll always bounce back as a stronger version of herself no matter what. Having to dig up old wounds and relieve everything that Eddie did to her growing up has been so difficult for Gina but at the end of the day she's a survivor and she'll always been the stronger individual then what that vile runt of a man ever was. Gina has remained strong and not allowed herself to be defined by that man and I love that for her.
