Been immersing myself a bit more in Cyprus. Found an amazing local restaurant in Limassol — Taverna Christakis. Hopefully I’m not sharing local secrets. Went to Lady’s Mile Beach. Tried KEO St. John Commandaria, which was a very good surprise. Beautiful dessert wine. Also had an interesting moments where a friend casually told me about a 1986 rocket and mortar attack on a British base here, allegedly linked to a Nasserite group with Libyan connections.
