Well, yes and no. NYC was plenty dirty, smelly, and smoggy when the 14th St ConEd plant, the Domino’s sugar factory, & various other industries still had soot-belching smokestacks. It was more that we traded one brand of dirty & smelly for another. But it’s still a fair point.

Limited parking in immediate area & Boucher itself usually coned off. I suggest drive along Stockmans Lane & onto Balmoral Ave & park along it or just off - there are several wide aves roads on rhs. Mostly residential & safe. 10 /15 mins walk max…
