I remember all of this as I was early in cryptolic, it was a shame to see the project die due to the market conditions. I hung on until the very end and have since built a nice bag of sdx. Thankyou for your answers and transparency. 🙏 Namaste

In total, we rewarded approximately $175k in rewards through Cryptolic (bscscan.com/address/0xe99b4f… and bscscan.com/address/0xA59CC0…). Part of the acquisition was the insistence that the undistributed rewards and the HotShot (bscscan.com/address/0xa02de5…) go fully to the holders, which they did. All other project funds including the LP were sent to the new project (Acquire).

In early November 2022, we as a team made the decision that the best opportunity for BBFT holders to realize future growth was to merge BBFT into Cryptolic. The merge was announced on November 5, 2022 and the merge was completed on November 18, 2022. We were very open about what was happening. All holders were given a chance to sell if they wanted before the merge, no one was locked in. We never sold a single team token.

Cryptolic was started in September of 2022 as a way to introduce profit sharing from our development activities external to BBFT. I was again dev and project lead. The concept was that a portion of our profits would be sent back to holders. The tech was functioning as well as the tech for BBFT, and showed better growth potential.

Happy to address not only this, but both projects I was part of in the past. The short version; Once it was clear that the operational models were no longer viable, all outstanding rewards were sent to all holders, and the project that acquired Cryptolic (Acquire, now part of SDX) received all project funds. This was done as a means to provide an opportunity, for those who chose to, to move into a project that had a better chance of growth.

Great post! I'm grateful that I discovered it early too. And also that some of the projects I invested in were acquired by #Steakd. #Acquire #Cryptolic #Rematic. They could have easily gone to zero like most failed projects. And that #Rematic helped launch this amazing project.
