Its's not a matter of 'if' with it sir. Note that with such big works, planning (ESIA, dsign etc) takes longer than actual physical construction. Like construction o tlo fumana hore takes last two yrs of a 10 yr project.

Now they have C295 blueprints.
After 20yrs, if the same IAF goes to TATA for modern upgraded Tactical fighter for some specific need, they wil offer them C295.
So, whats the dfference b/w HAL offering Avro in 2018 and Tata offering

I have one project in house to finish and working on dsign for a person. But Im pretty cleared out on work. I know there are a couple things coming but Its nice to have almost everything cleared. So its a good time to load me up.

Like took at all the songs by Thomas Troelsen that are hits
