It’s the fact that after a brutal decline, support continues to hold while sentiment remains overwhelmingly negative. Markets rarely reward the majority. The biggest moves often begin when most people are still looking backward.
Technical targets are never guarantees, but if support continues to hold and the business keeps improving, the risk-reward profile starts looking very different from what the market assumes today.
