Why does this matter? Documents served through efile should be important and relevant to the case. Crap like this in the court’s file dilutes the effectiveness of e-service because instead of getting only orders, motions, etc you get inundated with noise and miss important stuff.

We have no clerk! 😭 My efile motion sat unregistered on the docket. Noticed my hearing was cancelled (defendants had failure to appear before case transfer). Called coordinators. Atty never has notice to appear, and cancelled for 2 defendants- one who was not his client.

Pacer and efile are heavily abused in deed theft fraud cases. Attys not even appearing for clients are cancelling hearings without any court appearance. Would help if they were required to at least say who they represent before actively using case systems.
