People slept on the floor. Some didn't sleep at all. 36 hours of builders building, and a team behind them making sure the lights stayed on. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Vietnam's biggest AI hackathon ever. 1,000 people — and I promise I'm not making that number up 😂. Not a single regret. But more than the numbers — I just want to say thank you. To every partner, every judge, every sponsor who trusted us, showed up, and went through the chaos without a single complaint. You’re thinking in a pre-AI world though. I understand how complex the semiconductor flow can be, most people have no clue. A lot of tribal knowledge exists with fab engineers to get any sort of appreciable yield, even in some of the domestic fabs like what TI has. But perhaps Musk has some tricks up his sleeve. He already has the AI infrastructure, so imagine he points some of that compute power to analyzing etest data, especially as he’s iterating design layer changes locally. He may have the only capability to do DOEs in a small time frame, use AI to analyze the wafer data, and just keep doing that over and over, across various corners, until he figures it out. To me that sounds pretty exciting.
