I'll answer in part with another question: how can they be proletariat? Where's the reserve army of labor for professors? The surplus of labor? How do capitalists increase their rate of exploitation?

If the Stars and Stripes offends you, don't emigrate to the USA.
If the Islamic Crescent and Muslim Green of the Pakistan flag offends you, don't choose to go and live in Pakistan
If the Cross of St George England flag offends you....

Maybe that would work. It could be best to give them incentive to emigrate to Canada, Mexico, Somalia, whatever. Simply get them to leave. Otherwise, we need to build a lot of mental institutions to hold them. Prison only works once they commit a punishable offense.
