We had the pleasure to be a part of a discussion convened by the EU Special Representative (EUSR) for Human Rights, Kajsa Ollongren, on human rights and international humanitarian law (IHL) in the context of Lebanon. The panellists included Lebanese Member of Parliament Halime Kaakour, Ghida Frangieh from Legal Agenda, and Rodolphe Gabriel from ABAAD. The meeting was held in the presence of the Lebanese Ambassador, H.E.
