Nobody with a Touch Bar uses function keys. That’s the whole point of the Touch Bar — you don’t have to remember what F2 means in this app because the button changes.

update for anyone following
i have been running this protocol continuously since this post occasionally switching from elbow injections to delt on the same side to limit pip
at this point my pain is about 98% gone i have also added some tyler twists with the flexbar which have help tremendously i forget who suggested those to me but shoutout to you
the research is doing its thing bpc-157 and tb-500 are the real deal
Looks like the Flexbar. It was a Kickstarter project that I immediately baked and it was released. But now I rarely use it. I should use it more often
