I was only inspired to write this thread after seeing so much "floaty" discussion in reaction to the KH4 trailer. There are improvements to be made but those parroting "floaty" most of the time do not appear to know what they're even talking about.
And to anyone making those arguments, I can totally empathize with you at least on missing the old grounded feel of KH combat, and it's ok to grieve that. I do too in a way, but I accept where KH is going gameplay wise, and even welcome it if they can execute it the way they have for many things in ReMIND.
It also sucks to feel like many people did not give the ReMIND DLC a chance and only have preconceived notions from Base KH3. That's the vibe I get from many of the tweets I've read out there. I can't fully blame someone who didn't like the base game for not trying out the DLC, but it really is tragic in my eyes.
This is unfortunately a consequence of KH3 not getting a real Final Mix that it needed.
Anyways I bought premium just because I had way too much to say and am not in the position to make a video on this right now. Just wanted to throw some cliff notes out there of ideas floating in my head.
We can't really tell what direction KH4 is headed in yet with so little information, but it's nice to see a couple of nuggets showcasing positive signs!
