Frameship 2.0 is much more advanced than the previous version, but itโs still limited in certain areas. As Iโve been designing deeply with both tools to create a highly advanced eCommerce template, FramerCommerce consistently gives me more flexibility and better tools to work with, especially for building unique product sorting and filtering systems, and for working flexibly with different Shopify custom fields to pull specific product data like measurements based data.
Thatโs been my experience so far, but Iโd love to see both tools continue to evolve and offer even more flexibility in the future

this is not a case anymore. the gap was closed last november when we released frameship 2.0. now the gap is opened, but to the other side :)

Hey @volkmanndario @sekhsoyebali , we've shipped a looot of updates since I took over the Frameship development last summer. In November we've introduced Frameship 2.0, which was a full rebuild from the scratch on a new infrastructure foundations.
All the features you mentioned are now the integral part of Frameship, check the video attached :)
I'd argue that at this point, Frameship is more feature rich than Framer Commerce. In the video you can also see Personalization input and in-cart upsells, but there's much more.
Also check how fast Frameship cart is. If you click add to cart button, the product is immediately there. In Framer Commerce, you need to wait a second or two until it appears in cart, which is not a great UX for buyers.
