I think u can cut 1-1 dudun line, kieran and fez for 3rd frogadier, Az, 4th ultra and pad. Your space on bench is more tiny so u cant play fez and meowth in the same game, also u have to build 2 evolutions lines, i think the consistency ir more important in this archetype

If you really wanted to go back up to 3 Frogadier, cut an Ignition However, I've enjoyed playing 2 again and helps Vs Crustle and where you need to continually Mirage Barrage

I realized after it came out here that the game doesn’t currently support stage 2s without broken stage 1s/trainers to truly carry. Frogadier is good, but not broken. We’ll see how things shake out over the next 6 months. The deck will still have 2 years to shine post budew
