I've already agreed on that point. The people who dont pay either have no income or the woman/man (your stat doesn't say only women) hasn't reported them for not paying. Again all the woman/man has to do is report it to the judge and it will be dealt with.

If a woman files for child support, unless he can prove through DNA that the child is not his. He will go to jail if he doesn't pay child support. In some states even if he is tricked into signing a birth certificate on a child that isn't his, he is forced to pay child support.

What do you think the money was for? It was literally to help raise and take care of you. If your mother didn't put him on full child support then that is on her. Many times though once kids are adults they find out that their mothers lied to them and were getting checks monthly.

If that's true (I dont believe you) then its because the woman allowed it. All she has to do is report it to the judge in charge of their case and he will take care of the wage garnishment.

That doesn't make up for a lack of a father in the household. He abandoned his family to marry another woman and help raise her kid... Which eventually he left her too. Men are just yikes. Then they wonder why women don't trust them anymore or want kids.

Yeah my uncle tried that, ended up in prison for 2 years. Also got his wages automatically deducted anytime he got a job. They escape when women let them.

Sounds like your mom should have taken him to court then. Courts overwhelmingly side with women in the court system. If he wasn't paying child support, its because your mom was letting him.

Every day? Like, I love my dad, but he divorced my mom and moved to a different state with a different woman and her kid from a different man. He was no longer part of my life except a small check every few months because he didn't pay full child support.
